It is a movie that every convinced european should see. For the precision of its chronology, for the faithfulness to facts, for the ability of the screenplay to escape the pedagogical trap and make hard reality thrilling. As usual, Costa Gavras succeeds in telling an historical disaster to the limits of unbearable. Ressemblance with real protagonists is sometimes troubling. Only Mr Dijsselbloem himself might disagree.
